I didn’t eat most of the chicken because it was really grose!
But everything else was very much south beach approved!
So when I got home from class I was starving!
I ate a high fiber yogurt
and a South Beach Bar!
I am so on track today only one thing that isn’t really approved, the bread, it was sour dough and that is ok but I ate the whole thing!

So just for introduction, No I am not fat. I am over my bmi, but not by much. I am very average but I really want to be smaller. I want to weight 120 and now I weight 140. So what is the real problem? The real problem has nothing to do with weight it has to do with accountability! I know how to loose weight it is easy enough, not hard. Currently I am doing South Beach and I am loving it. But weight loss is something that has to do with a commitment and determination. But most importantly it is about being honest! Yeah I could say that I had a good food day and didn’t eat that much but if all I ate all day was a big mac and fries with a super coke, that is way more calories than I should have in a day anyway! So here you will get to see what I am eating and hopefully what is going on in life! I am going to be honest and not hide food.
I Love to hide food!
I know I am sick, so what is new. But I will bet you that you do it too! go in the kitchen to have an extra piece of cake, one spoonful out of the pot when no one is looking.
