I was doing really well, not really heavily dieting but not overindulging and I was working out on a regular basis. Then it all came crashing down, and I mean literally.

A drawer full of stuff dropped on my foot landing corner of drawer on the knuckle of my big toe. Now I can barely walk 500 feet without lots of pain.

So I am still trying to eat well, avoiding bad foods that aren’t overly special. And getting in all of my vegetables and water everyday.

I am trying to figure out the plan for new years. I am thinking a three day detox of apples, vegetables, beans, and lots and lots of water three times a day for three days.

Then I am not sure what diet I am going to be following in the new year, if anyone has suggestions please let me know. I am interested in being skinny by graduation time in June.

Getting closer to Christmas means getting closer to bikini season and I am fatter than I have been in a long time!

Breakfast:
one hard boiled egg the white only
orange

Lunch:
Small Wendy’s chili with four saltine crackers
Ceasar Side Salad with dressing

Snack:
Package of Lemon OHs! cookies (240 cal)
8oz of 2% milk

Dinner:
Frozen Lean dinner, and steamed broccoli a lot of it.

Lots and Lots of water!

Walk on treadmill for at least 30 Minutes, even though my back is killing me.

So I have been totally broke lately so I decided to be a “model” for some doctors to learn about a new trans vaginal ultrasound machine. I know this sound really scary, but it wasn’t to bad.

I got to the hospital and they fed me lunch (vegetable soup and a sandwich). Then I took off my pants and panties, like at the female doctors office and put on a robe thing. They laid me down on a table and had me put this long wand looking thing in my vag. Then they laid a blanket over me, so the only thing sticking out of the blanket was the handle of the ultrasound wand.

Then one by one about 20 doctors came through and with the instructions of the teacher they found my two apparently very active ovaries and my very pretty uterus.

I like to know that I have a pretty uterus and lots of follicles on my ovaries.
