Ok on to the great weekend I had a “girls” only party this weekend and I only cheated on my diet on Saturday, the rest of the weekend was right on target!Oh I weighed in on Friday and I am down!

Yesterday I stayed within my daily points, the only two down sides is that I didn’t work out and I ate a piece of chocolate.
Today, I woke up at 8:20 and got hungry around 9:12. I had a WW muffin and an apple, so I am off to a good start. I weighed myself this morning and was at 158.4 so I still haven’t lost anything. This is really wearing on me. But I have to keep at it and remember that i am doing this for my overall health and not the number on the scale.
I have been diagnosed with PCOS, and that mean my baby maker doesn’t work properly I don’t ovulate. It also puts me at a higher risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
I am going to start the bikini ready body countdown from shape, and I am really excited about that.
It’s 12:08 and I am getting hungry again. I really want some veggies, I should have brought some to work.
Well see what happens later.

I talked to Emily for an hour and a half last night, I have decided that I need to be more serious not only about the weight loss issue but about being healthier in general. I need to focus on the why I am doing this to myself.
I woke up at 8:50 this morning and the first pains of hunger I felt was at 9:15 ish. I am eating breakfast now, 1/2 cup of fiber one cereal with ff vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup of grapes, and coffee. I will post something else when I get hungry again.
Ok so I ate a healthy lunch at 12:30 and was full until about 2:25 but I don’t think I was really hungry then because when I found a project I forgot about being hungry. Well 3:20 came along and I was hungry again, so I ate a piece of dark chocolate and a cup of coffee. I am thinking about having some gram crackers too, but I think I will smoke a cig and see if I’m still hungry.
