Yesterday I failed the challenge. I was at a total of 2,014 calories for the day.

Don’t cut yourself down and get right back on the horse. I ate two bananas this morning plus leftovers from the restaurant and I haven’t even done my morning exercises. It’s my birthday today and I guess I’m celebrating my eating too much.
Good luck. It’s good to see people on the challenge with smaller weight loss goal like myself. I gained 30+ pounds when I went through a divorce myself. I stopped exercising. I’m finally back to exercising six years later. I’ve lost 9 pounds since I started watching my diet February 5th. I’m about half way to my goal of 124. Don’t give up. You’ll do it.
