7 pounds lost total, but what does it all mean?
I recently have been having a hard time keeping up my moral on a diet and I might lose weight slowly but the slower you take it off the less likely you are to put it back on right. I don’t know about that, this will be the second time I have taken this weight off slowly. So here is where I’m at so far.
I have lost 7 pounds or . . .
