I love food. I do love exercise as well, but not as much as I love food. That is the problem. This is my daily/weekly blog about the ups and downs of my life and weight.
When I got engaged in December of 2001 I was at 163. I joined Weight Watchers and before my wedding in May 2003 I was down to 133.
When I left my husband in February of 2006 I dropped down to 125ish, and then when I started dating my current wonderful and very sexy boyfriend I shot way way up to 165. I am now around 160 and need to bring it down. I really just can’t stand to look at any more pictures of me at this weight.
I am currently counting calories and exercising to lose weight. It works if I work it.
