		<description>Thanks for the comment. I really need the encouragement this week. I am feeling quite run down. I need to re-energize and get focused again. I like your goals for the week. I need to start incorporating more ab strengthening exercises into my workouts again. I am so hit and miss. I am trying to get a consistent pattern going. It&#039;s rough. 

I am sorry to hear Xander is having a rough time. (And you too! Sad babies equal sad/frustrated moms) Teething is rough, but it doesn&#039;t last forever. My son is starting to get his canine teeth. (I am hoping it won&#039;t be as bad as the molars)</description>
