Body After Baby: The Begining
So I am on board with the new and improved Body After Baby challenge brought to us by Mama Notes! This challenge runs Today September 21st through November 22nd 8 weeks long and just before Thanksgiving!
I have also make a commitment to loose one pound a week for the duration of the season of Biggest Loser!
So here are my beginning stats with Pictures to be added soon.
- Weight: 181
- Waist: 36.25
- Hips: 44.5
- Thigh left: 25
- Thigh right: 24.5
- Bust: 41.75
My goal for this next 8 weeks is to track my food every day and to lose one pound per week. So I will post here my food totals for each day at the end of the day whether it be good bad or ugly and I will lose one pound per week.
