Body After Baby: Week 5 of 8

I must have lost a week last week because in title it was week 6 of 8 which it is not.

This week in the Mama Notes Body After Baby Challenge, I sort of did I half way, at the mid point I was at 178.2 so almost to my goal of 177 but then the weekend blew me away and I am currently 179 a total suck!

For week 5 the challenge was to eat healthy home made meals and the daily max was 3 points well I thought I would have this one in the bag as I eat at home like all the time and I have been planning our meals by the month latley.  Well I only got a total of 12 points out of a possible  21.

I am super excited about this weeks challenge of sit ups, I’m interpreting that as crunches because I can’t do 1 sit up.  With a daily total max of 50 points.  If I do sets of 20 that only like 2.5 sets a day and think about how hot I will look after that!!!!

So this weeks goals:

  • Eat healthy at home meals
  • Don’t spend money, no coffee out or donuts
  • Do 50 crunches or bicycle crunches a day
  • Food Log at least 6 of 7 days, no matter what the food log says

    Keeping a food log was definitely an eye opener for me!! I realized just how unhealthy I ate!

    Due to Thanksgiving I got off track a bit too.

    Sounds like a good way to break up the crunches!

    It’s two steps forward and one step back with all this getting healthy stuff, isn’t it? I’m glad every day we get a second chance at making the right choices! Keep up the good work and we CAN be healthy!

    It sure is, weight loss for me is always down two up one down one up one down three up one.
