Chicago, the bloated city

I took my first trip to Chicago this weekend with D and the babe and it was great.  I was very active the whole trip walking for 7 hours straight one day.  However not one thing crossed my lips over the weekend that wasn’t super super salty.  When i jumped on the scale this morning I could tell, 184.5 OMG!

Friday-

Breakfast/Lunch: McDonald’s chicken strips and super super salty fries
Dinner: Connies pizza and cheese garlic bread

Saturday-

Breakfast: 2 McDonald’s breakfast burritos (provided to me by my father for free)
Lunch: Thai beef wrap with fruit salad from the food court at Shed Aquarium
Dinner: Chinese food and lots of Mai Tais, followed by getting very ill

Sunday-

Breakfast: 2 plain old fashion donuts
Lunch: BBQ chicken and mashed taters at Ron’s steakhouse, I definitely suggest this place!
Dinner: Chicago Pizza and bread sticks

Monday-

Breakfast/Lunch: Denny’s Grand Slam
Dinner: Wendy’s grilled chicken, chili and a Caesar side salad.

When I write down all this food it’s just really gross and I feel the need to binge out on fruits and veg for the next week or so keeping my calories in check right at 1700-1800 to rebound from this bad food experience.  If I would have been making good choices I could have easily lost a few pounds with all the extra exercise I got but once again bad choices are the reason I am a cow right now.
