Getting closer to christmas
Getting closer to Christmas means getting closer to bikini season and I am fatter than I have been in a long time!
Breakfast:
one hard boiled egg the white only
orange
Lunch:
Small Wendy’s chili with four saltine crackers
Ceasar Side Salad with dressing
Snack:
Package of Lemon OHs! cookies (240 cal)
8oz of 2% milk
Dinner:
Frozen Lean dinner, and steamed broccoli a lot of it.
Lots and Lots of water!
Walk on treadmill for at least 30 Minutes, even though my back is killing me.
