Half ass attempts not working
Weight this morning 183.8, weight last week 183.6. So really I’m just maintaining my weight.
So as the title says and as always is with me the half ass attempt I am making at losing weight are not working. I am going down to the YMCA on Friday and joining up, hopefully going to the gym four times a week will help put a little juice into my efforts. But as always it really comes down to the food, I need to scale way back on portions and stop snacking at night. I wish there was some way I could just change my head, just change how I think about food and how I consume it. I have had this blog open since 2005 trying to lose the same weight all to no avail here I am four years later and I’m 40lbs over were I started!!!
When am I going to get it in my head the idea that I just can’t eat that much food, why is this stuggle still happening with me? Will there ever be a point where I am just done with the food issue? Can I even lose the weight?

Hi! Might you consider clean eating? You eat a lot of food! It helps balance your blood sugars – less “overeating” at night. Get the book from the library. The eat-clean diet by Tosca Reno. Not a new concept at all…but Tosca Reno does a nice job with lots of colorful pictures. Good luck!
