It’s a new day
Yesterday I stayed within my daily points, the only two down sides is that I didn’t work out and I ate a piece of chocolate.
Today, I woke up at 8:20 and got hungry around 9:12. I had a WW muffin and an apple, so I am off to a good start. I weighed myself this morning and was at 158.4 so I still haven’t lost anything. This is really wearing on me. But I have to keep at it and remember that i am doing this for my overall health and not the number on the scale.
I have been diagnosed with PCOS, and that mean my baby maker doesn’t work properly I don’t ovulate. It also puts me at a higher risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
I am going to start the bikini ready body countdown from shape, and I am really excited about that.
It’s 12:08 and I am getting hungry again. I really want some veggies, I should have brought some to work.
Well see what happens later.
