Long Short Week

For some reason and correct me if I’m wrong about this but it’s been a hard week for the Body After Baby challenge!  I have tracked my calories every day but I am going over by like 200-300 calories a day and I haven’t done any ab work since last week.

Today I am going to work on having a LOW calorie day and follow it up tomarrow with some time in the gym.  Wish me luck, I could use some kind of weight loss really I could.

The scale has been the same for at least two months now, I just can’t seem to stick to it UGH it’s so fustrating I just need to do it already.

Anyone else having a hard time sticking to it?

    It’s been a rough week for me too! Hang in there. I made it through an interesting experience with a new workout: yoga. I hadn’t ever done it before. It was harder than I thought it would be but still nothing compared to an intense cardio workout. Certainly not enough to break a sweat, but it felt great to stretch so much.

    It’s been a rough food week for me. I can’t seem to get all my veggie servings in this week. I need to re-focus my energy toward my diet, and just suck it up and quit eating unhealthy foods. That’s tough for me.
