No Gain Wensday!!!

Yeah! I am still at 139!

Today is a day to celebrate, I didn’t gain any weight in the two weeks I took off of dieting.

So now it is back to the diet, sticking to the commitments!

Today,
Breakfast

Cottage Cheese and coffee

Lunch
Salad with Ranch, and a South Beach Bar
one piece of sugar free chocolate!

Dinner
Salad, and Chicken
