Step in the right direction
So yesterday after D came home from work we went up to the YMCA and joined up!
I am so excited, now I just need to go. I think I might try to get out and go today, they have a child watch where I can drop Xander off at for up to two hours althought that seems like a long time.
So now I need to set up a workout schedule, that way I will know when to go and just do it. I am thinking that I want to go Thursday (classes), Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I can swim at least one of those days and work on cardio/weights the others. Hopefully this will be the push I need to start to see my numbers drop!
