Yea so a lot has happend since last post
I got a divorce, and I have gained some serious weight.
So here it goes once again!
This morning: 151.5
Breakfast:
1 cup Cheerios and 1/2 cup skim milk
Lunch:
2 pieces of light bread, three slices of turkey( 10 calories a slice), and 1 slice of low fat cheese.
1 cup of Broccoli
1 oz of ruffles potato chips
Dinner:
1 cup of fiber one cereal
1 large apple
Drink and snacks:
3 cherries, and two Bacardi and diet cokes.
Please cheer me on, I want to do something special in October that requires me to be about 125
